Rest assured, we do not share anything without your explicit consent. Your complete journals and all your writings remain exclusively on your device, or on your personal iCloud if you use stoic premium and have iCloud Sync enabled.
We only share specific details you choose to provide, such as your response to the prompt "what do you plan to do today". This limited information is sufficient for the AI to generate highly relevant and personalized prompts for you.
Please note that all our AI features are opt-in, not enabled for you by default, and you can choose to opt-out at any time if you do not want it anymore.
