Subscriptions and Payments

1. I paid for a subscription by mistake! How can I get a refund?

All purchases and refunds are processed directly by Apple.

If you need to request a refund, visit Apple’s support page and follow the instructions there.

❗️Please note: If Apple rejects your refund request, we’re unable to override that decision, as all billing is handled exclusively through their platform.


2. My refund request was rejected by Apple. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, only Apple can approve or reject refunds for App Store purchases.

You can try contacting Apple Support again if you believe there was an error.


3. How do I cancel or opt out of my subscription?

Open your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find stoic, and tap Cancel Subscription.

In the app, you can go to Your Profile → scroll down to Account section and tap Manage Subscriptions.

Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


4. Can I upgrade or change my subscription?

Yes! You can switch between Premium and AI Premium anytime from Your Profile → Account → Manage Subscriptions.

You’ll only be charged the difference between the plans.


5. How many free trials can I get? Can I use one for every subscription type?

Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial per account. Multiple free trials for the same plan aren’t available.

That means you can test only one subscription plan for free with one Apple ID — we recommend trying the AI Premium subscription to experience all features at once!


6. Do you offer any discounts?

Occasionally, yes — we offer special promotions and discounts during select times of the year.

They don’t happen often, because we believe stoic is reasonably priced, given the care and work our team puts into creating and maintaining it.

When discounts become available, we’ll announce them on our official social media channels, so stay in touch!

7. How do I restore my Premium or AI Premium purchase?

From your home screen, go to Your Profile → scroll down to the Account section → tap About Premium. Now, on the paywall screen, scroll down, and tap Restore Purchases.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to buy the plan.


8. What happens when I switch from Premium to AI Premium?

You’ll instantly unlock all AI features and only be charged the difference between plans.

When your billing cycle renews, it will renew at the AI Premium rate.


9. Can I pause my subscription?

Apple doesn’t support pausing subscriptions, but you can cancel anytime and resubscribe later — your data and progress will remain saved.
