1. Can I share stoic with my family through Apple Family Sharing?
Yes, you can! Stoic supports Apple Family Sharing feature. Once you’ve shared your purchase through Apple settings, your family members can enjoy Premium access on their own devices.
2. How do I sync stoic across multiple devices?
Enable iCloud Sync in Your Profile → Your Data → iCloud Sync on all your Apple devices. Make sure you’re logged in with the same Apple ID everywhere.
To learn more about iCloud syncing, visit the Getting Started → stoic Across Devices chapter of this Help Center.
If you’re having trouble with iCloud syncing, go to the Troubleshooting chapter of this Help Center.
3. Does stoic work on Mac, iPad, and iPhone with the same account?
Yes, it does! Stoic supports full cross-device syncing on Apple devices when using the same Apple ID and iCloud account.
4. Can I use stoic with different Apple IDs?
Unfortunately not. Stoic’s iCloud sync works only within a single Apple ID. You can’t merge or transfer entries between different Apple accounts.
5. Can I use stoic on Android and iOS devices at the same time?
The iOS and Android versions of stoic are built differently, so syncing between platforms isn’t available yet.
Currently, you can download stoic on both systems and use them separately. We understand this might be frustrating, and we’re working on improving cross-platform compatibility in the future.
6. Can I sync data between two different iCloud accounts?
Unfortunately not. iCloud sync can only link to one Apple ID at a time. To access your journals on another account, export them manually by going to Your Profile → Your Data → Import & Export.
