How can I personalize stoic?

Learn tips and tricks to make the stoic mental health journal app work for you.

Stoic offers a holistic tool to help you improve your mental health through journaling, habit & mood tracking, guided meditations, breathing exercises, and so much more.


You can personalize how the app works:

  • from basic things like When the day ends (useful when you go to sleep late and want to do your evening reflection at 2 am). Open Your Profile → Personalize
  • how the app look like, icon, theme. Open Your Profile → Appearance

  • how certain screens look like, eg. Your Home page, or what focuses you see in Morning Reflection. On each screen bottom you’ll find “Personalize” button.
