1. Contact us via email

Our development team is small, so sometimes it may take us a little while to reply — but we read every message and do our best to respond to everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and kindness!
2. Share feedback & ideas
Do you have an idea for a new feature or something you wish stoic could do better? Visit our Feedback Page to share your thoughts, suggestions, and feature requests.
We’re constantly improving stoic based on your feedback, so your ideas help shape the future of the app.
3. Report a bug or translation Issue
If you ever notice a bug, glitch, or translation issue, the best way to let us know is by submitting a bug report directly from the app. This sends our developers all the technical details they need — like your app version, device type (Mac, iPhone, iPad), and error logs — so we can fix the issue faster.
Here’s how to do it:
- On your home screen, ppen Your Profile.
- Scroll down to the Help & Support section.
- Tap Report a Bug (or other suitable option).

In Your Profile → Community, you’ll find links to stoic’s social media channels and community spaces.
