Sometimes, after switching devices or changing your Apple ID, your Stoic Premium subscription may not appear as active. This can usually be fixed in a few simple steps:
1. Restore Your Purchase
Open the app, and from your home screen go to Your Profile → scroll to Account section → tap About Premium.

Scroll all the way down and tap Restore Purchase.

Wait a few seconds — your Premium or AI Premium features should reactivate automatically.
💡 Make sure you’re connected to the internet while restoring. The app needs to verify your purchase through Apple’s servers.
2. Check Your Apple ID
Your stoic subscription is linked to your Apple ID, not your stoic account. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
On your device, go to Settings → Apple ID (top of the screen) and confirm the email matches your purchase ID. If you use stoic on multiple devices, log into the same Apple ID on each one.
3. If You Accidentally Paid Twice
If you accidentally purchased Premium more than once while trying to restore your subscription, don’t worry — you can request a refund directly from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223
Apple handles all billing and refund processes for App Store purchases, so they’ll take care of it quickly.
Once your Stoic Premium subscription is restored, you can confirm it’s active by going to Your Profile → scroll down to Account section. You’ll see Premium or AI Premium marked as Active Subscription.
